Pick a cat with a stupid trick
One bonks you with a balloon and bounces higher than anybody. One whips its own eyepatch like a flail and knocks trees over. One bites you and then burrows into a fresh grave.

Seventeen cats walk out of a castle into a sunny forest. Only one walks back in. Play free in any browser — no download, no console, no waiting.

The idea
No timer. No shooting gallery. You loot a forest, climb trees, swim a moat and chase a mouse because the mouse heals you. Meanwhile two dogs wander about getting steadily less friendly, and a mist closes in until whoever is left is in the same clearing.
One bonks you with a balloon and bounces higher than anybody. One whips its own eyepatch like a flail and knocks trees over. One bites you and then burrows into a fresh grave.
All seven catsHairballs you spit. A sword with an eye in the handle. A zombie arm you throw like a boomerang. A wrench that does no damage at all and builds machine-gun turrets instead.
The armouryThe lobby is a real room. Stone hall, red banners, braziers, and a shop through the arch where every hat, cape and cat stands on its own plinth waiting to be looked at.
See the worldThe signature move
It is the thing that makes you feel like a cat and not a small person with a gun. Crouch, gather, and launch — fifteen metres a second with real lift, damage where you land and everybody nearby knocked flat.
It is an escape, an attack and the fastest way across a clearing, all on one button. Cats also climb trees, swim, sprint and land with a proper squash.

Free from the first match
Nobody starts the game locked out of it. Four more are earned or bought with the coins you win — and one of them cannot be bought at any price.

Before the match
Most games make you wait on a lobby screen. KittyKlash makes you wait somewhere — a stone hall you can walk around, with other players in it, an emoji wheel to shout with, and a shop you browse by walking up to things.
Bored of waiting? Anyone can open a practice match against bots, and everybody else gets invited along. When the real match is ready, you get called back.

Still being built
KittyKlash is worked on constantly. A genuine, unglamorous list of what turned up recently:
For the grown-ups
This was designed by a child and made for children, so the boring parts were taken seriously.
And nothing else. No email from your child, no birthday, no address. That is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight.
Always, friends only, or nobody — picked by a parent at sign-up, and your child cannot change it later. The default is nobody.
Not on the free tier, not anywhere. Nobody is being sold anything except the one optional $12.99 unlock.
You cannot buy a random chance at anything. Coins are earned by winning, and every price is written on the item.
It runs in the browser your child already has open. No download, no console, no card — and the whole game is free to play.
